Co-founded and built Fernwood Hills from the ground up — the land, the identity, the 1,000+ page platform, the AI-driven content pipeline, and every photograph. A full-stack hospitality brand rooted in place.

A white-labeled platform for independent property owners — website, booking engine, guest portal, and AI operations, all under the tenant's own domain. Built by generalizing Fernwood Hills into a multi-tenant product.
